These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dovelka website, online store, products, content, and related services.
Throughout these Terms, “Dovelka,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Dovelka. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services.
By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your place of residence to use our services independently.
By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are authorized to use the payment method submitted with the order.
Our website is not directed to children under the age of 18.
2. Online Store Terms
Our products are offered for lawful, personal, and household use only. You may not use our products, website, or services for any illegal, unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit our products or website content without written permission from Dovelka.
We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, cancel orders, suspend accounts, or restrict access when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, policy violations, or unlawful activity.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, colors, prices, and other information are accurate.
However:
- Colors may appear differently depending on the device or screen.
- Textile products may have minor variations in texture, stitching, measurements, weight, or appearance.
- Product packaging or presentation may change over time.
- Photographs may include props or accessories that are not included unless expressly stated.
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update product information at any time.
4. Product Use and Care
Customers are responsible for reviewing and following all product labels, care instructions, washing instructions, warnings, and usage guidance supplied with the product.
Product performance and lifespan may vary depending on usage, washing methods, storage, environment, water quality, detergents, and general care.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Dovelka products are consumer textile products and are not medical devices. Product descriptions concerning freshness, cleanliness, antibacterial properties, odor control, or similar characteristics should not be interpreted as medical advice or as a guarantee that a product will prevent, treat, or cure illness, infection, or disease.
If you have a medical condition, allergy, skin sensitivity, or other health concern, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using the product.
5. Prices and Availability
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout.
Prices, promotions, product availability, shipping charges, and offers may change without notice. A product placed in a shopping cart is not reserved until the order has been completed and accepted.
We may limit product quantities or discontinue products at any time. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
Applicable taxes, duties, shipping charges, and other fees will be shown at checkout when available or assessed according to applicable law and our Shipping Policy.
6. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not automatically mean that Dovelka has accepted it.
After placing an order, you may receive an automated confirmation acknowledging that we received it. We reserve the right to review, accept, decline, or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment authorization failure
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
- Shipping restrictions
- Quantity limitations
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information
- Violation of these Terms
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
7. Billing and Payment Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information.
You represent that:
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
- The submitted payment information is accurate.
- Sufficient funds or credit are available to complete the transaction.
- You will pay all charges associated with the order.
Payments are processed through Shopify and applicable third-party payment providers. Their separate terms and privacy practices may also apply.
Dovelka is not responsible for fees imposed by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, customs authority, or other third party.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Order processing, shipping destinations, estimated delivery times, tracking, international duties, address errors, and delivery issues are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Dovelka is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, labor disruptions, incorrect addresses, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
When tracking indicates that an order has been delivered but the customer cannot locate it, Dovelka will communicate with the customer and assist with the investigation where reasonably possible. The resolution will be based on the carrier’s official investigation and delivery information.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns, damaged products, incorrect products, non-returnable items, refund eligibility, and refund processing are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Dovelka does not offer direct exchanges. Customers seeking a different product, size, or color must complete an eligible return and place a new order.
Products that have been used, worn, washed, stained, damaged, altered, or returned without authorization may be ineligible for a refund.
10. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact support@dovelka.com as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after processing begins. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow our Return and Refund Policy.
11. Accuracy of Information
Information on our website is provided for general informational purposes. Although we make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and current, it may occasionally contain typographical errors, outdated information, or omissions.
We may correct or update information, including after an order has been submitted. If a material error affects an order, we may contact you, offer an appropriate correction, or cancel and refund the affected order.

The Dovelka name, branding, logos, product designs, photographs, videos, graphics, text, website layout, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Dovelka and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access our website for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, sell, license, scrape, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property right to you.
13. Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, testimonial, suggestion, or other content to Dovelka, you confirm that:
- You own or have permission to submit it.
- It is truthful and based on your genuine experience.
- It does not violate another person’s rights.
- It is not unlawful, deceptive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or abusive.
- It does not contain malicious software or unauthorized advertising.
You grant Dovelka a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and publish submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting our business, subject to applicable law.
We may remove or decline to publish content that violates these Terms.
14. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website or services to:
- Violate any law or regulation

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed by Dovelka, Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment providers, carriers, analytics providers, and other service providers as necessary to operate our business.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our website, services, and products are provided on an “as available” basis, except for any express warranty stated in writing by Dovelka.
We do not guarantee that:
- The website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- All defects will be corrected immediately.
- Product results will be identical for every customer.
- Delivery estimates will always be met.
- Website content will always be complete or current.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dovelka will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website, services, or products.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Dovelka’s total liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Obligations and provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain effective, including payment obligations, intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute provisions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute not resolved informally will be submitted to a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Delaware, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the laws applicable in your place of residence.

If Dovelka does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and any other policies presented at checkout, constitute the agreement between you and Dovelka regarding use of our website and purchase of our products.
